Sure he got Jimmy shot and spent a couple seasons with a HORRIBLE haircut…
But then Jane entered the picture and his moral stock began to rise, and from his seedy beginnings as Terri’s intended in the first season (you remember that episode where Paige gave her the liquor for her to “loosen up” before the school dance, and she puked all over the place, right?), he became a character that I genuinely like.
So congrats Spinner! Here’s something that I think we all know by the way. When they reboot the series in 20 years, you’ll still be working at The Dot as the wise old man with a bad past to offer advice to “those crazy kids” who are still making horrible decisions over at Degrassi.
